I don’t always cook with measurements or precision. In fact, a lot of my cooking entails dashing, tossing, guessing and tasting. I try to include amounts when necessary, but most is done by the eye and the recipes will reflect this. I also follow a lot of really ingenious cooking blogs so some of my recipes are from them. If that’s the case, you’ll see me referring to the appropriate blog post on their site and discussing any tweaks and reactions on mine.
